We're part of APL Brain

And we're on a mission to make neuroscience open to all. As more and more high-resolution imaging volumes are collected, the community needs a way to organize the information that is available. Currently, there is no accessible method to determine coverage of brain regions mapped and analyze data comparatively. There exists a demand to provide the community with a multimodal, multi-scale atlas illustrating datasets across the brain for different species. This will enable connectomics efforts that aim to advance health and computation through brain mapping at levels ranging from macroscale regional connections to nanoscale synaptic wiring.

C-MAP was built as part of the Connectomics for the World (CON) CIRCUIT project by the 2021-2022 and 2023-2024 cohorts.
